Log In: Visit the Newtopia Now Event App, click “Log in,” and enter the email address you used to register.

Password Setup: If it’s your first time logging in, create a password. If you forgot your password, click “send me a magic link” to reset it. 

Homepage Navigation: After logging in, you'll land on the event homepage. Look for pink buttons to access exhibitors, agenda, speakers, products, and more.

Find Your Matches: Click on “Conscious Connections Matches” to see your personalized matches.

AI Recommendations: Click "My AI Recommendations" to see your matches, tailored based on your registration responses, Beacon Discovery details, profile info, and app/website interactions. Improve your matches by bookmarking interests and dismissing irrelevant recommendations by clicking the X.

Scheduling Meetings: You're now able to schedule meetings with your matches!

• Select Date & Time: Choose from available slots. 
• Add Participants: Invite others to join your meeting. 
• Select Location: Meetings can be held in various lounges and networking areas on the show floor. 
• Send Request: Finalize and send your meeting request.
