Trade Show

Show Floor & Education:
Monday, August 26 & Tuesday, August 27
10:00am - 5:00pm

Community Experiences:
Sunday, August 25 & Wednesday, August 28

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities.

At the close of the show on Tuesday, exhibitors can donate their remaining product to the local food bank or authorize an attendee to take the product with them.

In the instance an exhibitor would like to authorize an attendee to take a large quantity of product samples that exceed more than one sample bag, the exhibitor and attendee must visit the GES Service Center prior to the close of the show floor at 5:00 pm. At this time, the exhibitor must complete either an Outbound Material Handling Form to send the product home with the attendee or a Bill of Lading to ship the product to the attendee. GES will provide further instructions to the attendee on pick-up location and time. Product may not be sold to an attendee.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. Numerous bag checks are available throughout the campus to store these items.

Exhibitors may roll in small briefcases and small backpacks each day prior to the show floor opening. Exhibitor access is Monday, 7:00-10:00am and Tuesday, 8:00-10:00am. All bags and exhibitor freight are subject to security search.

Bag check is available Monday - Tuesday, 9:30am - 5:30pm. Located in level D lobby, street level.
